Antriebssysteme und Robotik

Die "Antriebssysteme und Robotik"-Gruppe am ISYS beschäftigt sich mit der optimalen Planung und Ansteuerung solcher Antriebs- und Robotiksysteme. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Methoden zur Modellierung, Trajektorienplanung und Regelung von hydraulischen, pneumatischen und elektrischen Antrieben.

Im Kontext einer möglichst ressourcenschonenden Industrie werden effiziente Antriebsstrukturen immer wichtiger. Produktionsanlagen sollen mit möglichst sparsamen Antrieben ausgestattet sein und durch innovative Lösungen flexibel agieren. Antriebssysteme in Arbeitsmaschinen werden modellbasiert in geeigneter Weise dimensioniert und Fragestellungen der Energieerzeugung und -bereitstellung müssen geklärt werden.

Laufende Forschungsprojekte

  • Trajektorienplanung für kontinuierliche Roboter
  • Entwicklung von Reglerentwurfsverfahren für kontinuirliche Roboter mit physikalisch gekoppelte Aktuatoren in Aktuator- und Werkzeugkoordinaten
  • Erweiterung der Trajektorienplanung-und Regelungskonzepte für den Kontaktfall
